The BECKZBAX Mission
At BECKZBAX, our mission is to cultivate an empowering and vibrant community that celebrates the strength, creativity, and resilience of Black Women. Through captivating events, enriching experiences, and purposeful engagement, we are committed to fostering socio-economic change that echoes far beyond the surface. Our vision extends beyond the ordinary; we are dedicated to curating innovative gatherings, unique journeys, and immersive activities that reflect the dynamic spirit of our community.
Driven by the passion and dedication of our co-founders, Kelsey and Winter, BECKZBAX stands as a testament to the transformative power of unity. As we transition to incorporation, we embrace transparency and inclusivity in our pursuit of funds from sources that align with our values. Our commitment to personal investment underscores our determination to remain free from influences that have historically hindered the progress of Black Women.
Together, as members of BECKZBAX, we journey beyond the traditional, guided by a vision that encompasses more than mere events. We are trailblazers, destined to establish our own physical community space, creating a haven where growth, empowerment, and authentic connections flourish. Our website opens up a window into our world, inviting you to engage with us, share your insights, and shape our digital home.
As we embark on this transformative path, we invite you to actively participate, leaving your imprint on the narrative we are crafting. BECKZBAX is more than a supper club; it's a movement. It's about evolving narratives, reclaiming spaces, and creating tangible, lasting change. We cherish your ongoing support, comments, and suggestions, as they serve as the foundation for our journey towards a more empowered future, where Black Women lead, innovate, and thrive.
In solidarity and progress,
Winter Baxter and Kelsey Beckford

Black Women Centered
Community, Born from Experience: Both Winter and Kelsey have been profoundly influenced by the strong women in their lives, who embodied the matriarchal spirit of their families. Hair braiding sessions, kitchen gatherings, and life lessons from their ancestors molded their ethos. The profound sense of community at Spelman College further solidified their commitment to nurturing sisterhood among Black women.
